Explosion-proof air hoist for mining is mainly applicable to the special environment with various combustible gases in the process of underground mining and production. Places with special requirements for flame retardant and antistatic. Its advantages are as follows:

Anti-static non-sparking air hoist is an ideal explosion-proof lifting equipment at present. Applicable to: hazardous areas in Zone I, including IIC, T5 and below.

It is small, light and weighs only 1/3~1/8 of the electric hoist of the same specification.

The operation speed is 2~3 times of that of electric hoist, and can be adjusted steplessly.

Manual valve: mainly composed of handle, valve body and key. Operate the key to open the valve to control the main control valve airway and Connection of motor air passage. Or pull the rotation of the swing rod by hand to reach the opening of the valve, which can be achieved continuously variable speed.

 

Main control valve: mainly composed of left and right valve stems, connecting rods and valve discs. The right and left air passages are switched to complete the positive and negative air distribution of the air motor.

 

Air motor: mainly composed of rotor, stator, front and rear end covers and blades. When the air distributor of the main control valve sends compressed air into the motor, the blades rotate at high speed with the rotor.

 

Hanging: mainly composed of upper hook, hanging body, sprocket, chain, lower hook, etc. It depends on the positive and negative rotation of the sprocket to complete the ascending and descending movement.

 

Reducer: mainly composed of shell and a set of planetary reducer assembly. When the high-speed shaft of the air motor is input into the reduction assembly, the torque is increased through reduction, and is output to the lifting sprocket by the last stage.

 

Brake assembly: mainly composed of brake cone, brake ring and cylinder body. The main control valve distributes air to the cylinder block to separate the brake cone and brake ring to release the brake.

 

Interlock assembly: mainly composed of rotating shaft, swing frame and reset spring. When the air hoist rises and falls to the position, it plays the role of anti-collision and protection.
